MR. LIYAKAT ALI KHAN

Mr Liyakat Ali Khan who finished his studies from the Maharastra College joined his fathers business in shipping.In 1982 he ventured into numerous ventures.He started trading in all kind of scrap materials and later started another venture in which he began dismantling old ships .

Seeing immense potential he ventured into Dubai .The construction boom had started in the UAE.He saw the potential early ahead and he started importing steel bars from Turkey and China.He took over a factory which enabled him to supply ready made steel bars to the construction industry. The company had a turnover of 350 million AED.

Shortly after the world economy in recession in which Dubai was also affected he decided to come to India.

Back in India he started his new venture into the construction industry, He formed a strategic deal with Mr Niyaz Hanware who is RCC consultant of many known projects in Mumbai. .A new company was formed under the name of Lak – Hanware‐ Realty LLP.

Mr Khan has always followed the principle in his life .
